For this evaluation, my instructor posted an on-line survey for us to fill out. The survey was done using google forms. Once the data is entered into the survey, the information is compiled in a spread sheet. This will allow my instructor to visualize comparisons of our answers. This is a unique way to collect information.
The survey I completed went along with teaching standard function 4B. My teacher engaged in collaboration through a survey and collecting information based on his students. The survey is a great way to work collaboratively with peers and co-workers.
